CANINE OF THE MONTH: Our Canine of the Month is K9 Gerda. She is an 8 year old Australian Kelpie mix who loves to try and
cuddle up in her Mom's lap. She loves to perform tricks and is currently learning how to run an agility course.

Chewtime Social Hour - Our trainers now host a twice monthly FREE dog social hour that rotates to different parks each month. There are different times for each category of dog: Puppies (10weeks - 5mo), Small Breeds (<25lbs), and Large Breeds(>26lbs).

Monthly Howl Photo Contest
The Monthly Howl needs a new Canine of the Month for the February issue!
Submit your canine's picture along with their name, age, breed(s), and some of their hobbies for a chance to win. The winner will receive a bag of treats, 2 free 30 minute walks (to be performed by one of our certified trainers within 30 days of the award date), and a free photo session with your
canine.
Submissions can be sent to either our Facebook Page under the appropriate post or
emailed to admin@unitedk9academysanmarcos.com with "The Feb Howl Photo Contest" in the subject line. Entries for the February issue will be accepted from Jan. 1st through Jan. 16th. The winner will be chosen on Jan. 17th.
