CANINE OF THE MONTH:
Our Canine of the Month is K9 Claire. K9 Claire has graduated from our Elite K9 Training and will be learning a new task to help her mom as a Service Dog. She is a cuddle bug when not working and loves to say hi to every child she comes across.
United K9 Academy - What's New?!
What is new in the wonderful world of United K9 Academy San Marcos?

  • Therapy Dog Teams - We have around 4 different therapy dog teams. Email us with suggestions on new places to visit!
  • Group Agility Classes are Here! - Agility Classes are ongoing this month. Every weekend at 10am. $10 drop in class fee.
  • Obedience Group Lessons - Group lessons now open for registration. Classes start December 16th.
  • Now Hiring - We are hiring! Apply using the link below.
  • Monthly Memberships - Our memberships have been reworked and are now ready for launch.
Coming in January:
  • Pet Photo Services - Our professionally trained photographer will begin taking clients for canine portraits.
 
 
Breed of the Month:

The Breed of this Month is the Rottweiler. This working breed is descended from Roman Legion dogs. This loving, often goofy guardian dog often thinks themselves lap dogs and will often plop down in their preferred owner's laps. Click below to read more.

Monthly Howl Photo Contest


The Monthly Howl needs a new Canine of the Month for the January issue!

Submit your canine's picture along with their name, age, breed(s), and some of their hobbies for a chance to win. The winner will receive a bag of treats and 2 free 30 minute walks (to be performed by one of our certified trainers within 30 days of the award date).

Submissions can be sent to either our Facebook Page under the appropriate post or emailed to admin@unitedk9academysanmarcos.com with "The January Howl Photo Contest" in the subject line.

Entries for the January issue will be accepted from December 1st through December 17th. The winner will be chosen on December 18th.
