Active Dog Month
 
CANINE OF THE MONTH:
Our Canine of the Month is K9 Braxxus. He is a 2 year old Cane Corso. True to his breed he is a powerhouse of muscle. He will do anything for some love and affection from his favorite hoomans. He loves to run around in large spaces and jump in and out of the water.
What's Happening This Month?!

  • We are Back!! - After a 5 month hiatus, we are back with new updates every month! Check out our group specialty drop-in classes, canine safe meals, pack walks, and more!
  • Overnight Pet Sitting is Here! - Need to go out of town but don't want your animals to leave your house? Our trainers are now able to pet sit for you overnight.
  • Group Lessons - Group lessons are ongoing in Austin, Kyle, Buda, and Bastrop!
 
 
Breed of the Month:

The Breed of this Month is the Astralian Cattle Dog (aka Blue or Queensland Heeler). This working dog hails from Australia. A herder and family lover, this compact dog is bursting with intelligence. Click below to read more about the Australian Cattle Dog.

Monthly Howl Photo Contest


The Monthly Howl needs a new Canine of the Month for the May issue!

Submit your canine's picture along with their name, age, breed(s), and some of their hobbies for a chance to win. The winner will receive a bag of treats, 2 free 30 minute walks (to be performed by one of our certified trainers within 30 days of the award date), and a free photo session with your canine.

Submissions can be sent to either our Facebook Page under the appropriate post or emailed to admin@unitedk9academysanmarcos.com with "The May Howl Photo Contest" in the subject line.

Entries for the May issue will be accepted from April 19th through April 30thth. The winner will be chosen on May 1st.
