What is new in the wonderful world of United K9 Academy San Marcos? Our monthly newsletter will now be coming out every month. You will get in-depth updates on our newest classes, workshops, and social hours.

AKC Trick Classes - Our trainers now host AKC Trick classes with the opportunity to apply for a trick title after classes.
Chewtime Social Hour - Our trainers now host a twice monthly FREE dog social hour that rotates to different parks each month. There are different times for each category of dog: Puppies (10weeks - 5mo), Small Breeds (<25lbs), and Large Breeds(>26lbs).

March 1st - National Welsh Corgi Day (Post pics and videos of your Corgi or Corgi Mix on our FB Page)
March 3rd - If Pets had Thumbs Day (Post Comments, Vids, or Pics on our Fb Page)
March 6th-12th - Professional Pet Sitters Week (Post pictures of your fav pet sitter(s) on our FB Page)
March 8th - International Akita Day (Post a pic of your Akita or Akita mix on our FB Page)
March 13th - K9 Veterans Day (Fly a salute to all those K9 veterans our there on our FB Page)
March 20th - Dog in Yellow Day (Show us your anxious dogs so we can boop their noses with the #dogsinyellow to our FB Page)
March 20th-26th - National Poison Prevention Week
March 23rd - National Puppy Day (Post pictures and/or video of all those puppies our there on our FB Page)
March 25th - National Newfoundland Day (Show us those Newfie, Newfie Mixes on our FB Page)

March 30th - Take a Walk in a Park Day (Take a walk in the local dog parks and post some pics/videos on our FB Page)

Monthly Howl Photo Contest

The Monthly Howl needs a new Canine of the Month for the April issue!

Submit your canine's picture along with their name, age, breed(s), and some of their hobbies for a chance to win. The winner will receive a bag of treats, 2 free 30 minute walks (to be performed by one of our certified trainers within 30 days of the award date), and a free photo session with your canine.

Submissions can be sent to either our Facebook Page under the appropriate post or emailed to admin@unitedk9academysanmarcos.com with "The April Howl Photo Contest" in the subject line. Entries for the April issue will be accepted from March 1st through March 16th. The winner will be chosen on March 17th.
