Heartworm Awareness Month
 
CANINE OF THE MONTH:
Our Canine of the Month is K9 Rayzon. He is a 2 year old Belgian Malinois Mix who was close to being put down. Luckily for this sweet boi, the vet's office gave a quick call to our office and Rayzon was saved from that horrible fate and was adopted by our very own Trainer Dorothy. He loves to go on long walks and play with his packmates!
United K9 Academy - What's New?!
What is new in the wonderful world of United K9 Academy San Marcos? Our monthly newsletter will now be coming out every month. You will get in-depth updates on our newest classes, workshops, and social hours.

  • Doggie Day Camp - Send your pup to camp for the day to review all the training they have learned with us. This will be available to all past and present clients with United K9 Academy.
  • Dog Portraits - Get a professional picture taken with you and your pup(s). Call our office to schedule a photo session now!
Coming in May:
  • Dog Group Classes will Resume- All of our normal services will resume in full come May. Thank you for your patience.
 
 
Breed of the Month:

The Breed of this Month is the French Bulldog. The one-of-a-kind French Bulldog, with his large bat ears and even disposition, is one of the world's most popular small-dog breeds, especially among city dwellers. Monthly Howl Photo Contest


The Monthly Howl needs a new Canine of the Month for the May issue!

Submit your canine's picture along with their name, age, breed(s), and some of their hobbies for a chance to win. The winner will receive a bag of treats, 2 free 30 minute walks (to be performed by one of our certified trainers within 30 days of the award date), and a free photo session with your canine.

Submissions can be sent to either our Facebook Page under the appropriate post or emailed to admin@unitedk9academysanmarcos.com with "The May Howl Photo Contest" in the subject line.

Entries for the May issue will be accepted from April 1st through April 16th. The winner will be chosen on April 17th.
